Data Retention

Recordings, transcripts, call summaries and Knowledge Base content are scoped to your workspace and encrypted in transit and at rest.

Retention controls

• Call recordings: retained for your configured retention window, then deleted.
• Transcripts and summaries: retained with the call record so your team keeps the context.
• Knowledge Base content: retained until you delete the document or the knowledge base.
• Leads and contacts: retained until deleted or removed by an import replace.

Deleting data

Deleting a call, lead, document or knowledge base removes it from your workspace and schedules it for permanent deletion from backups within the retention cycle.

Access and compliance
