This page explains how VoxLink blog articles and comparison reviews are researched, checked and kept up to date, so readers know exactly what stands behind what they are reading.
Our process
What actually happens before an article is published
We keep our process deliberately simple and describe only the steps that genuinely take place.
Pricing as at a stated date
Where an article references pricing, it is based on the vendor's own public pricing page as at the review date shown on that article. Vendor pricing changes frequently, so we point readers to the provider's current page rather than presenting figures as fixed.
No claimed testing beyond what happened
We do not claim hands-on testing of a third-party product unless an article explicitly says so. Where we have not tested a platform ourselves, the article is framed as a review of public information, not a first-hand trial.
Correction and update process
If a reader flags an inaccuracy or a vendor detail has changed, we review the source material again and update the article and its review date. Corrections are made directly in the article rather than issued as a separate notice.
Editorial ownership
Articles are owned and maintained by the VoxLink Editorial Team, who are responsible for accuracy, updates and responding to correction requests.
Comparison and review articles show a "Last reviewed" date and a short methodology note linking back to this page. If you believe something in an article is out of date or incorrect, let us know via our contact page and the VoxLink Editorial Team will review it.
