Understanding Billing

Your VoxLink subscription includes a monthly minute allowance. Anything beyond that allowance is charged per minute at your plan's rate.

What your subscription covers

• Your plan's included call minutes each billing period
• Your plan's assistants, outbound campaigns, parallel calls, cloned voices and MCP Tools
• Access to the AI models, voices and transcription used by your assistants
• No-code automation runs up to your plan limit

What is charged separately

• Extra minutes beyond your included allowance, at your plan's per-minute rate
• Phone number rentals, billed per number, per month
• Carrier pass-through for certain international destinations

Where to see your usage

Open your workspace and check the usage panel on the dashboard. It shows minutes consumed in the current period, remaining allowance and any extra usage accrued.
