Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply when you access or use VoxLink services. VoxLink services are provided by VOXLINK AI PTY LTD (ABN 44 702 572 978), and references in these terms to "VoxLink", "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity. If you use VoxLink for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter the agreement that applies to your use.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account, maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and promptly telling VoxLink about suspected unauthorised access. You must ensure that authorised users follow these terms and use permissions appropriate to their roles.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans, included usage, optional services and current charges are described on the Pricing pageor in an order agreed with you. The applicable checkout or order terms will identify the billing cycle and any plan-specific conditions. Usage beyond included allowances may incur additional charges where stated before use.
Taxes, payment timing, renewals, plan changes, cancellation and refunds are handled according to the terms presented for the applicable purchase and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We avoid repeating prices here because plans can change over time.
Acceptable use
You must not use VoxLink to:
- break the law, infringe rights, deceive, harass, threaten or cause harm;
- send unlawful or unauthorised calls or messages, evade opt-outs or ignore do-not-call requirements;
- impersonate a person without authority or use a voice, identity or content without necessary permission;
- introduce malicious code, probe security, disrupt services or obtain unauthorised access;
- collect or process information you are not entitled to handle; or
- resell, copy or reverse engineer the service except where expressly permitted or where a right cannot be excluded.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or others.
Calling, messaging and customer content
You decide who is contacted, what an agent says, what information is collected and how connected systems are used. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any notices, consents or permissions required for calling, messaging, recording, transcription, marketing, voice use and content in every relevant jurisdiction.
You retain rights in content you provide. You give VoxLink the permission reasonably needed to host, process, transmit and use that content to provide, secure and support the services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant that permission.
AI and automated-service limitations
AI-generated speech, messages, summaries and decisions can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. You must review configurations, prompts, knowledge, escalation paths and outputs at a level appropriate to the consequences of the workflow.
VoxLink should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgement, emergency services or human review where safety, legal rights, health, finance or other significant interests are involved. You are responsible for deciding whether an automated workflow is suitable and for maintaining an appropriate human fallback.
Intellectual property
VoxLink and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, service design, documentation and branding. Except for the limited right to use the service under the applicable subscription, these terms do not transfer those rights. Feedback may be used to improve VoxLink without identifying you or disclosing confidential information.
Third-party services
VoxLink may connect with telephony, messaging, calendar, CRM, payment, AI or other third-party services. Their availability and operation can be outside VoxLink's control, and separate terms may apply between you and the provider. You are responsible for authorising integrations and maintaining any third-party account required for them.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, added, limited or withdrawn for security, legal, operational or product reasons. Where a material change affects an active paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it through an appropriate channel.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an as-available basis and implied terms are excluded where they can lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any applicable Australian consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Any further allocation or limitation of liability may be set out in the order or agreement applicable to a customer. This section does not limit liability where the law does not allow it.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or cancel in accordance with the applicable purchase terms. VoxLink may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use, security risk or where continuing the service would create legal or operational harm. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address a remediable issue. Terms intended to operate after termination continue to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The latest update date appears above. Material changes will apply as described when they are presented or communicated, subject to applicable law.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the VoxLink contact page. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
