How VoxLink plans, Monthly Usage Credit and usage charges work.

VoxLink is billed as a simple monthly or yearly subscription with a Monthly Usage Credit for AI calling, plus usage for anything beyond your plan.

Yearly billing saves 10%. Full entitlements - assistants, outbound campaigns, calls at the same time, voice clones, MCP Tools and automation runs - are listed on the pricing page.
What counts as usage
- Call minutes: measured on connected call time, inbound and outbound, drawn from your Monthly Usage Credit.
- SMS: sent From Usage Credit.
- Phone numbers: rented numbers are billed per number, per month.
- Telephony pass-through: carrier charges apply to some destinations and number types.
Choosing a plan
Start on the plan that covers your expected monthly minutes and move up when your call volume grows. Plan changes take effect immediately and unused Monthly Usage Credit resets each billing cycle.
