Account and product first
The RingCentral product, region and entitlements determine what is even possible before any technical work starts.
RINGCENTRAL + VOXLINK
RingCentral is your cloud phone service, and the intention here is that it stays that way.
Cloud platforms differ account by account, so the honest question is not "how do we connect it" but "can this specific account support a third-party AI endpoint at all".
Where the account, product tier and SIP provisioning allow it, selected conversations could be routed to a VoxLink AI agent that answers, qualifies and books.
We start with a compatibility assessment rather than a configuration promise. If your environment cannot support it, we tell you that first.
Answer calls, book appointments, qualify leads, handle enquiries and connect customers with your team - 24/7.
Connection
RingCentral + VoxLink
Keep your phone system. Keep your numbers. Add AI to the conversations you choose.
Compatibility
RingCentral supports SIP in more than one context - supported/BYOD endpoints and enterprise SIP trunking among them - and entitlement to those varies by product, plan, region and account configuration. The presence of SIP in the platform does not mean every account can point a call at a third-party AI endpoint.
So this page deliberately does not describe a standard installation. It describes an assessment: what your account is entitled to, which SIP path is available to it, what your RingCentral administrator is permitted to provision, and whether the call flow you want is achievable within those limits.
The RingCentral product, region and entitlements determine what is even possible before any technical work starts.
A supported SIP endpoint or trunk suitable for VoxLink has to exist for the account, and your administrator has to be permitted to provide it.
This is not a native, certified or vendor-partner integration, and it is not available on every RingCentral account.
What VoxLink adds
Could handle a chosen call path where a supported SIP connection is confirmed for your account.
Could qualify new enquiries before handover, subject to the routing your account permits.
Could capture and confirm bookings on the call once a compatible path is validated.
Could answer repeat questions from your configured knowledge base on compatible call paths.
Could transfer callers back where the transfer method is supported and tested on your environment.
Only where the account, entitlements and routing permit outbound use of the SIP path.
In practice
An illustration of the intended journey if - and only if - your RingCentral environment is confirmed compatible.
A customer calls your existing RingCentral number.
Your RingCentral call flow handles the call as it does today.
If compatibility is confirmed, a selected path routes the call over a supported SIP connection to VoxLink.
The AI answers, qualifies the caller and captures or books what is needed.
The call completes, or transfers back to your team where that path is supported.
Outcome: enquiry captured and qualified. Shown as an illustration - availability depends on the compatibility assessment.
Positioning
For eligible RingCentral deployments, VoxLink can be introduced as an AI call-handling layer without positioning it as a replacement for RingCentral. The exact connection depends on the customer's RingCentral service, account features and supported SIP provisioning.
The compatibility assessment happens before any commitment, so you know whether a supported path exists before pricing matters.
See VoxLink pricing and plans →RingCentral as your primary cloud phone service.
Your existing RingCentral numbers and call flows.
Your users, apps and desk phones.
The decision about which calls, if any, are routed to AI.
Use cases
These become possible only after your RingCentral environment is assessed and a supported SIP path is confirmed.
Technical model
VoxLink requires compatible SIP connectivity for this model. RingCentral supports SIP in several contexts, including supported/BYOD endpoints and enterprise SIP trunking. Confirm that the customer's account can provide the required SIP credentials or trunk connectivity before configuring VoxLink.
Compatibility is subject to account validation. The availability of BYOD or SIP credentials does not prove that every account supports a third-party AI endpoint, and your RingCentral administrator may need to confirm what is permitted.
